context_logger

Adapter that forwards crew-dcs async log calls to a FastMCP Context.

Implements the ColoredLoggerProtocol surface (async info/warning/debug/error) by delegating to ctx.* so a tool's logs stream to the calling MCP client per-request (concurrency-safe — each request has its own Context).
